The upright and riser are heavy gauge steel tubing. Heights are adjustable from 7' to 18' reading English and Metric. Upright detaches from base rails for storage. Wide stance base for added stability. 55mm bar rest pins and 8 base anchors included. Meets High School and NCAA specifications.
